WeiserMazars Adds New IT Consulting and Revenue Cycle Partners

NEW YORK, April 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — WeiserMazars LLP, one of the nation's top accounting firms, announced it has significantly expanded its healthcare practice with the addition of one partner, three principals and eight professional staff, including a merger with Smart Solutions for Health Care, an IT consulting and outsourcing company that has served the healthcare sector for 25 years. Under the terms of the merger, Smart Solutions will now operate as the "Smart Solutions Health Care Group," a segment within the healthcare practice at WeiserMazars.

Respected industry veterans Marc Grossman, Bruce Adler, and Michael Kovar will join as principals and Ken Fischer will join as a partner. These additions increase the firm's ability to offer seasoned experience and dedicated resources to its healthcare clients, particularly in the areas of IT consulting and revenue cycle management.
