MRO Acquires Record Enterprises

MRO Corp, a provider of shared-service, release-of-information (ROI), and audit-tracking solutions for healthcare providers, announced that, effective September 1, it has acquired the assets of Record Enterprises Inc of Midlothian, Va., a provider of ROI solutions. Don Hardwick, founder of REI, will join MRO as director of compliance and field operations.

The integration of the two companies will take place over a 90-day period. Existing Record Enterprises customers should expect no disruptions to access or customer service.
