Stanley Healthcare Solutions Announces Acquisition of AeroScout to Augment Stanley Black & Decker’s Healthcare, Industrial, and Security Offerings

Framingham, Mass. June 5, 2012 – Stanley Healthcare Solutions, a division of Stanley Black & Decker, today announced its acquisition of AeroScout, Inc, the market leader in Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) for healthcare and industrial customers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition will accelerate the growth trajectory of Stanley Healthcare Solutions, as well as augment the industrial and security offerings of Stanley Black & Decker. The combined entity will transform operations, supply chain management and safety for healthcare and industrial customers around the world.
