Document Imaging Technologies Enhances TAB’s Active Records Management Services

May 9, 2012 - Mayville, WI. TAB Products Co LLC (TAB), headquartered in Mayville, Wisconsin, announced today the acquisition of Document Imaging Technologies, Inc (DIT). DIT is located in Brea, California and provides on-site and off-site imaging services. As part of the acquisition, Bob Brownell will join TAB as the director of west coast imaging.

DIT’s solutions manage client’s physical and electronic records through electronic
mailroom processing services, cloud based document imaging, workflow automation,
and information management consulting services.

“The acquisition of DIT further solidifies TAB’s position as the leader in active records
management. Every day DIT’s state of the art facility is capable of scanning up to
200,000 images while indexing millions of fields of information,” said Bill Graham, US
president of TAB.

"Through this strategic acquisition TAB is widening its presence in the electronic
document management industry, and introducing new services to our clients," Bill
Graham continued. "In addition, the acquisition establishes a new and significant
operations center in the Southern California marketplace."
