Hyland Software Partners With the Global Center for Healthcare Innovation

Hyland Software secured exhibitor space in the newly constructed Global Center for Healthcare Innovation in downtown Cleveland to work collaboratively with world-renowned health care organizations and lead the discussion about the future of health care. Hyland, an enterprise content management company, will use the space to collaborate with HIT leaders from around the world and provide information, live demonstrations, and strategic insights.

The $465 million Global Center for Health Innovation, the only facility in the world that focuses specifically on the future of health and health care, is a four-story above-ground building featuring 100,000 square feet of state-of-the-art spaces. Hyland joins HIMSS, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, MetroHealth System, and others in the Global Center to be a spark for medical innovation, improve research and product development for companies, provide a setting for multiple education and training programs, and engage virtual offerings.

"Partnering with the Global Center is not only an excellent opportunity to lead the discussion about the role of IT in shaping the future of health care but it's also a great opportunity for Cleveland to continue to build upon its reputation as an epicenter for health care innovation," says Bill Priemer, president and CEO of Hyland Software. "Connecting renowned health care providers with leading-edge companies in a state-of-the-art facility creates an inspiring atmosphere that will continue to improve how providers deliver care."

The partnership with the Global Center aligns with Hyland's new technology center being constructed on the Hyland campus in Westlake, Ohio. The technology center will accommodate Hyland's expanding Research and Development teams, which have invested more than two millennia (2,000 years) of development hours into OnBase. Reinvesting 15% of its annual revenue in research and development, Hyland continually evolves the software architecture to improve OnBase's enterprise-class reliability, performance, scalability, and applicability.
